1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return Period: You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition of Items: Items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached and in the same condition as when received. Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be accepted for a return.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, and any custom-made products cannot be returned.

2. Process for Returning Items

• Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@noalua.com with your order number and details of the items you'd like to return.

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the postage costs for returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

• Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
