Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the postage costs for returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
